Sell Your Quilt(s) Booth
We will maintain a booth at the Desert Guilds Quilt Show 2024 for the purpose of selling quilts for Members of the 3 Quilt Guilds sponsoring the show
You must submit clean, completed quilts on February 29, 2024 during ‘set-up’. A fee of $5.00 per quilt will be required at the time your quilt(s) are delivered. A fee of 20% will be collected when quilts are sold. Each quilt will be displayed with a $ amount. Each entry will have a price and an OBO or lowest acceptable $ amount. If offers are made, less than $ amount stated, that amount will be accepted providing it is at or above Lowest Price Acceptable. Quilts not sold MUST be picked up by yourself or a designated person with proper identification at 3:00 PM on March 2, 2024. Prices of quilts will be set by seller, marked with proper price tag.
Credit cards will be accepted. You may enter as many quilts as you desire.
All funds will be deposited into the Show bank account and checks will be written to each individual and mailed with a log sheet showing amount quilt(s) sold for.
Download the form below and bring it with your quilt(s) and entry fee on February 29 from 11am to 2pm. The form lets you list all your quilts and your asking price.
